Our website has collaborated with several well-known courier companies to ensure that buyers can receive satisfactory products quickly. Goods that have been shipped can be returned if they meet relevant conditions, such as quality issues, discrepancies between the goods and the order, or receiving goods that do not meet one’s needs or expectations. However, it should be noted that logistics costs are generally borne by the buyer (not quality issues), and a return request and relevant information need to be submitted within the specified time frame so that the seller can process the return as soon as possible.

Orders that have been approved will usually receive a tracking number within 2 days, and delivery to the buyer’s order address will take approximately 4-15 days. Remote areas may take around 20 days. If there are special circumstances such as weather or road malfunctions, it will be delayed, but we will try our best to speed up the process

Return/Exchange:

- Precautions

-The buyer needs to send the goods back to the seller through a qualified courier company and inform the seller of the logistics tracking number and other relevant information. (Usually requires the tracking number to be able to query and update information, and the seller’s shipping address may be in the United States or other designated warehouses, which needs to be confirmed in advance through communication)
- Seller’s receiving inspection: After receiving the returned goods, the seller will conduct an inspection to confirm that the goods are not damaged, and will issue a refund or resend the goods. (Within 3 working days after the express delivery is signed for)
